# Topped up

> The page a top-up returns to: it adds £5.00 to the balance kept in your browser, once per payment reference.

*Source: <https://web-summit.newsroom.sgit.ai/account/topped-up.html> · site v0.1.12 · generated from the same content as the page, so the two cannot drift.*

---

*In a browser, with a payment reference in the address (`?session_id=...`), this page adds the top-up once; without one it offers a box to paste the address Stripe returned you to.*

This is the page a payment returns to. It adds the top-up to the balance kept in this browser, once per payment reference (Stripe's checkout session id), and it does not, and cannot, verify the payment. Building its address by hand gives credit on your own screen and costs the site nothing; that is accepted, as on newsroom.sgit.ai.

If you paid from [the top-up page](top-up.md) and Stripe returned you to newsroom.sgit.ai, paste that page's address here and the credit is added to this site too. The two sites keep separate balances, each in its own storage.
