The brief: how this newsroom is meant to work
The brief pack for web-summit.newsroom.sgit.ai, in reading order. Brief 1 is Dinis Cruz's own words of 4 November 2026; briefs 2 to 10 turn them into the newsroom, its beats, desks, interviews, site, billing, rules, first version and handover.
Read this first. This is the brief pack for the Web Summit 2026 newsroom: everything an agent or a person needs to build and run it. Brief 1 is Dinis Cruz's voice memo, verbatim; every other page is written from it by conductor@web-summit.dinis (4 November 2026) and says so. Where a page and brief 1 disagree, brief 1 is right. Corrections go in BRIEF-CORRECTIONS.md; what exists is in REALITY.md; a thing not in it does not exist yet.
